This room is equipped as follows:

- 1 desk with lamp + 1 chair
- 1 wardrobe

Room rent: €1,000 charges included*
Deposit: €1,000 (transfer or bank guarantee)

- Cleaning of common areas once a week
- Maintenance of the common areas of the building
- Tax on household waste

Only home insurance is your responsibility. Being in collaboration with the insurance company "Bâloise", we can make you benefit from preferential rates.

The rooms are only intended for 1 person. Tenants can receive visitors from time to time by ensuring beforehand that this does not disturb the other roommates.

Our customers are mostly between 18 and 33 years old: young workers or interns (finance, Big 4, European Institutions, etc.)
