With a background in fashion and a passion for real estate, Lauriane Delmer began her career in Paris and cultivated the idea of marrying entrepreneurship and housing.

Several turnkey development projects later, and after 7 years in a marketing position with a major group, LD Home was naturally created at the end of 2011, with the ambition of offering concrete solutions to investors for the complete rental management of their properties, and a positive experience for new tenant arrivals. In addition to her 2011 real estate agent, developer and condominium manager licenses, Lauriane has been a licensed insurance agent since 2019.
